I'm in Perth WA and ĥad a problem with my Gen 3 controller shutting down and it looked like it was useless. I had 3 different WA based Aircon co's come look and quote irreparable. No parts, company Accent Air and advantage air gone....but Grant supplied me a  replacement box which I plugged in and it's totally working for a little under $400. Unbelievable.
