Please note this RF Wall Sensor is the PUSH BUTTON Version and is ONLY COMPATIBLE WITH THE LATEST VERSION OF THE CB9 CONTROL BOXES.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU’RE GETTING THE RIGHT WALL SENSOR TO MATCH YOUR CONTROL BOX.

Below are the different compatibility options for the Advantage Air MyAir Wall Sensors:

• Push Button CB 9

This version of wall sensor now comes with a push button to pair up with your MyAir system to the zone you would like it to control, unlike with the previous versions, the setup consists of pairing the wall sensor & configuring it manually by the dip switches in the wall sensor.

The wall sensor is like a thermostat which gives you individual room temperature control (ITC) by instructing the system to continually adjust airflow to maintain your selected temperature.

There can be huge temperature differences between rooms in your home depending on their orientation. Install an Individual Temperature Control (ITC) sensor and the system will automatically adjust the airflow to maintain your selected temperature.

The wall sensors are useful in those rooms that heat up faster than the rest of the house. They can be installed in as many rooms as you like either at the time of installation or later. The Individual Temperature Control sensors ensure you won’t be over air-conditioning rooms, having the added bonus of energy saving.

RETURN / REFUND / WARRANTY POLICY

PLEASE TAKE A VIDEO WHILE OPENING AND INSTALLING THE ITEM TO SECURE YOUR RETURN AND REFUND.

 RETURN POLICY

• Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

1. Wrong item sent by Air Con Solutions (ACS). 

• Customer should contact ACS immediately of the supply of the wrong item.
• Item should be returned in its original packaging/condition, not installed within 30 days upon the customer’s receipt of the item.
• Customer should send the item to ACS, postal paid by receiver. ACS will cover the return postage fee.
• On return of the wrong item, the correct item will be express posted to the customer. 
• NO 20% restocking fee and 5% testing will be applied.

2. Wrong item ordered by the customer. 

• Customer should return the item in its original packaging/condition, not installed, within 30 days upon the customer’s receipt of the item.
• Customer will cover the return postage fee.
• A 20% restocking fee will be applied.
• A 5% testing fee may be applied, if the package was opened and/or if no clear understanding is communicated why the item is being returned to cover any testing required. This fee is at the discretion of ACS.

3. Defective / Dead on Arrival item.

• Customer should notify ACS within 3 business days with a video to show proof of issue and a copy of a qualified technician’s notes.
• Customer should return the item within 30 days upon the customer’s receipt of the item. 
• Customer should send the item to ACS, postal paid by receiver. ACS will cover the return postage fee.
• On the return of the item, ACS reserves the right to investigate and/or to test the item to confirm the issue as outlined by the customer. Once testing is done, any findings or actions taken by ACS will be communicated to the customer.

IF 

• The item is confirmed as a DOA,
• then the replacement part or refund will be sent.
• The item is found to be damaged by customer,
• then this will be communicated and NO refund or replacement item will be supplied. 
• The item is found not to be faulty,
• A 5% testing fee applies and a refund or option for the item to be resent with postage and testing fee to be covered by the customer before sending.

• All returns should be posted back to ACS within 30 days after the customer receives the item.
• Inform ACS of the return by sending a message to our contact page

REFUND POLICY

• ACS will process item return or exchange only after receiving and testing the item/s.
• Allow ACS 7 business days for review/testing and refund processing from the receipt of the item to process the return or exchange. ACS will investigate and test the returned item.
• Refund amount will be less of the 20% restocking fee and if applicable, an additional 5% testing fee, of the cost of the item only, excluding postage.
• Refunds will be credited to your bank account.
• No refund if the returned item is damaged and has clear evidence of misuse or inappropriate use and can no longer be resold.
• We will notify you by email when the item return has been processed.

WARRANTY POLICY

• New current model items: 12-month part replacement warranty

• Older models that are no longer supplied to market: No manufacturer’s warranty; only 90-day replacement or refund policy
• Any secondhand parts: No manufacturer’s warranty; only 30-day replacement or refund policy
